Hello to all. I take the Aconcagua. I want to buy shoes, "La Sportiva Nepal Evo Gtx" Someone tondo La Sportiva Spantic I want to be better, but most of the time I'm with 5,000 yards during the march. I do not want to buy somthing, I only use once. Do you think that Nepal Evo with some good Sox should be enough? Thank you to everyone

The old question of plastic boots over conventional boots. Until the development of synthetic boots, I do not know think it was a question about the need plastic boots for the highest point is too high - just plastic, get boots.
Now there are modern synthetic Goretex boots and tail, is made more difficult the decision. Some people hate plastic boots and feet warm when using synthetic boots. Others have their feet free from anything but plastic boots.

Aconcagua is very high, about 7000 meters .. I think it will probably) better Spantik (or similar, the Nepal Evo (or is similar) are exposed to very cold, and - I would say that under these conditions is far better to be careful not want to freeze or err just as an embarrassment for the trip.
